I've grown up in Kansas, and have stayed here my whole life. I love Wichita, and the slower pace of living here. That said, I LOVE to travel!
I've done destination shoots in Estes Park Colorado, Las Vegas, Santa Cruz, California, and even Paris, France! My bucket list places to photograph people are Banff, Canada, Washington state, and Iceland to name a few!
Summer is my favorite season, and sipping on a fruity drink on a beautiful beach is my bliss.
I also love to read, and I nerd out on personal growth books. Manifesting my best life, binging shows on Netflix, and tending to my plants are also things I enjoy.
I'm a lifelong Wichitan, but I love to travel
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and learn more about me! I get energized by creating - whether it be making gorgeous photographs, writing in my journal, nurturing flowers in my garden, or learning how to crochet, I'm happiest while creating.
Photography is my second career - I spent 24 years as am elementary teacher. I feel blessed to be able to do things I love and make money at the same time! Teaching was very fulfilling for a long time. I did my photography biz as a side hustle for 9 years, and finally took the leap to go full time in 2022. I haven't looked back since!
I'm also the mom of two beautiful adult daughters, who are my greatest accomplishment and joy. Can't forget about my french bulldog Boomer, whose antics keep me laughing all the time. He loves to photo bomb when I'm shooting at home, and WILL steal the limelight.
